Step 1: Submit your manuscript

Our team is interested in working with talented writers who are interested in publishing in the genres of urban fantasy, cozy romance, mystery/thriller, etc.

If your manuscript is incomplete, we may still be interested in working with you and can help with ideas for plot, so long as there is at least a solid foundation to the story.

Step 2: Review Process

We strongly believe that talent is something that can be cultivated with practice, and so are primarily looking for the right ingredients, such as:

(1) Engaging character interactions, (2) Believable dialogue, (3) Interesting plot, etc.

Step 3: Approval Process

You will be notified if our team is interested in working with you.

Because we are looking for talent, and because we believe talent can be developed, we may offer a publishing contract even if we aren't interested in the submitted story.

Step 4: Sign Royalty Split Agreement

Like most publishing contracts, you will receive a percentage of royalties.

Unlike most publishing contracts, we offer a 70% profit sharing agreement after we've covered the costs of publication. The 30% we receive is how we cover the cost of book covers, editing, and other such expenses at no cost to you.

Step 5: Write, Edit, and Publish!

This is the final step, and is the bulk of the process.

It involves you writing, followed by our team reviewing, editing, and submitting feedback. Followed by you making your own edits and writing even more! All followed by even more edits, and eventually publication!

Lots of back and forth, but the synergy that arises is the exciting part as the story develops.
